Scope of services:
Pre-Construction Phase
- Review and validation of electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Vendor and subcontractor technical evaluation
- Preparation of execution schedules and resource allocation plans
- Compliance with IS/IEC/NEC standards
- Risk assessment and mitigation strategy planning
Construction & Installation Phase
- Site-level monitoring of electrical works and material installation
- Quality control checks and safety audits
- Coordination with civil, mechanical and all other teams
- Management of technical queries, RFIs (Request for Information) and any deviations.
Testing, Commissioning & Integration
- Supervision of testing protocols (HV, LV, BMS, SCADA, backup systems)
- Verification of test reports and energisation plans
- Integration of power and control systems, including automation and protection
Documentation, Handover & Training
- Validation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and statutory compliance
- Submission of commissioning checklists and audit reports
- Support training of client-side operation & maintenance teams
- Full documentation for approvals and project close-out
